Meet The Team
Neil Fawcett
Neil is Rise’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) and our General Manager. Neil Fawcett holds an Associates Licence in Commerical, Property Management, Residential and Rural Real Real Estate in Alberta. He has worked in the field of Real Estate and Property Management in Alberta for over 20 years and holds CPM®, ARM®, CERE, and ACM designations. Neil is an instructor and faculty member for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). Neil also holds an Honours B.A. in English from St. Frances Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
Sean Fillion
Sean leads Rise’s Business Development team. He has worked in Commercial Real Estate including dispositions, acquisitions and commercial and industrial leasing in Alberta for over 15 years. Sean is the proud recipient of the BDC’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2000).
